Countdown to 15th annual Forecourt Trader of the Year Awards
Event to celebrate industry success stories
The Las Vegas themed event will be hosted by special guest presenter Mark Durden-Smith with entertainment provided by stand-up comedian Alun Cochrane, live bands and a casino.
Gulf's entry for the Best Oil Company Initiative category follows on from a recent tie-up with Fairbanks, the UK's leading provider of pump and wetstock management services.
As part of the deal, Gulf dealers now receive a full forecourt meter audit with the additional benefit of having any over-dispensing pumps reset. Gulf is the first oil company to offer the service.
In addition, Ullswater Road Garage in Cumbria is up for ‘Best site with a licence to sell alcohol'. The station has been with Gulf for two years and has recently been redeveloped, with its shop now twice its original size and including a popular Subway sandwich store.
