Aston Martin Racing’s 2010 Le Mans front-runner at IFFE
LMP1 set for Forecourt Show
The Aston Martin Racing LMP1, an eye-catching sports car that competed in last summer’s Le Mans 24-Hours, will be on display at IFFE 2011. A must for all motor racing enthusiasts, this 215mph machine, powered by the Aston Martin V12 engine, will be displayed on the Gulf Retail stand, G80.
In Gulf’s blue and orange racing colours, the British team were once again a front runner at Le Mans and the fastest petrol powered car in a race dominated by diesel engines. The association between Gulf and this great British marque is continuing in 2011 with the development of the first Aston Martin to be purpose-built for racing in nearly 60 years.
“We look forward to meeting with as many dealers as possible at IFFE,” explains Keith Jewers, Director, Gulf Retail. “It’s a great opportunity to discuss the industry and to share with them the benefits of working in partnership with Gulf. We have exciting plans for the Gulf brand, both on the forecourt and on the race track.”
