Gulf Card Services

This one-stop card-payment processing service for Gulf dealers enables you to process all standard bank, charge, petrol and fuel bunkering cards, as well as the Gulf Fuel Card.

We offer a fully managed, single-point billing card processing service for Gulf Dealers. This enables our dealers to accept and process all payment cards including fuel bunkering and Gulf's own Local Account Card.

The scheme can be provided with a Chip & Pin terminal that can be linked to your existing PoS equipment, or you can elect to use your own GCS approved PoS with its own pin pad.

Accepting and processing card payments is now simple:

The Gulf Card Services administration team will pre-complete all scheme documentation to save you time and ensure that your site telecoms and equipment is setup and working for the agreed go-live date.

Once your site has gone live, card transaction payments will be credited ‘gross value’ to your nominated bank account and at the beginning of the following month you will receive one invoice statement for all scheme fees.

The Gulf Card Services team will be on hand to deal with any queries you may have.

Gulf Card Services has negotiated a range of preferential fees with our card processing infrastructure and card issuer suppliers which enable Gulf to provide a robust, efficient service at a discounted price. Scheme managing work with their suppliers to continually improve their service to support Gulf Dealers.
